At Fresh
we offer a range of cleaning packages. All of the prices listed at the bottom
of this page are fully inclusive and unlike most of our competitors we do not charge extra for laundry or cleaning windows
and patios/balconies.

Spring Fresh - Free for Premium Management clients
The winters in Bulgaria are very severe with weather conditions much worse than in Westen Europe,
as a result properties which have been unoccupied for long periods become very dirty and need
preparing before the arrival of the first guests. During the Spring we carry out a deep and thourough
clean of every room to ensure your property is in top condition for the start of the season. This includes, but not limited to;
Cleaning all windows inside and out (where possible).
Cleaning inside all cupboards.
Moving and cleaning underneath all furniture including beds.
Deep clean of bathroom(s) including tiles, shower cabinet(s) and bath(s).
Refreshing of crockery.
Beds made with fresh linen.
Classic Fresh
This package is designed for family, friends and guests
you know you can trust using your holiday home. Your property will be cleaned to a very high
standard, the beds will be made with fresh linen and clean towels* will be provided prior to your guests arrival.
*Please note that with this package we do not inform you if there has been any damage or
theft . It DOES NOT include handling keys for your guests.
Premier Fresh - Discounted by £5 for Premium Management clients
Fresh can manage everything for you so you don't have to
worry about your apartment while you're at home. We act as your official
key holder meeting guests at your apartment when they arrive^ and familiarising
them with the facilities. The apartment will be cleaned to a very high standard and
the beds will be made up with Fresh linen and clean towels provided* Electric water heaters
will be turned on & off as required between occupancies to save energy and
cut down on bills. Fresh will carry out a check of your apartment for damage
after your guests departure. We will also provide, where neccessary, photographs and a full report
detailing any theft or damage. In the event of theft or
damage we will liase with you to rectify this at your cost however this
may not be possible before the arrival of your next guests.
^ If your guests arrive or depart outside normal office hours,
0900 - 1700, and they require keys but have not taken advantage our Airport Transfer Service
then we reserve the right to apply a surcharge of £10.
Freshen Up
If your guests are staying for more than a week they will
probably expect to have a mid-stay clean. Generally speaking the linen and towels
will need laundering every 7 days, any longer than this and they may not come clean when washed.
The package includes a light clean, making the beds with Fresh linen and providing clean towels*
Please note that this service can only be ordered in
conjunction with a Spring, Premier or Classic Fresh and not on its own.
A full inventory of the apartment will be undertaken when clients
register with us and we are handed the keys. If you do not have sufficient
linen or towels for 2 sets or are missing cleaning equipment these must be
provided either by yourselves or us before we can undertake any of our cleaning
services. All bedding and towels will be marked with your apartment number and
keys are coded with a unique number so in the unfortunate event your guests
lose a set there is no reference to which apartment they are for. Lost keys are
charged to your guests at 30 leva per key.
*2 sets of keys must be provided per apartment.
*2 sets of linen and towels must be provided for each bed. This is because we do
not use a pool of bedding and towels. Your linen will only ever be used in your property.
*Basic cleaning equipment must be provided: these are a dustpan and brush, mop
and bucket and a toilet brush.
Fresh does not accept liability for any theft or damage caused by
your guests.
A different service can be selected each time if required depending
on the needs of your guests. The prices below are per service and are not
recurring which makes controlling your costs easy and are based on the
following maximum occupancies:
Studio - up to 3,
I Bedroom - up to 5,
2 Bedrooms - up to 6,
3 Bedrooms and Villas - up to 8
*If you wish to put a higher occupancy in your apartment than
the specified amount eg 1 bedroom 6 people you will be charged at the 2 bedroom
price due to the additional laundry costs involved.
